Teens & Children
We value Teenagers and children as a key part of our church. We provide groups, activities and events especially for them and want them to get caught up in a vision for God that will give them direction and purpose in life. Jesus said ‘Let the little children come to me” and we believe He continues to say it today!

To nurture and lead the teenagers and children to have a loving and saving relationship with Jesus Christ and help them embrace His call to discipleship.
VISION
To see children come to know Christ and be biblically discipled, to consistently grow in Jesus Christ and serve Him, to raise Godly Children; through training and monitoring for teenagers and children to become more equipped as they serve and prepare for eternity.
MEET OUR TEACHERS
In other to fulfil this mission however, there is need to do the following;
- Create a fun and exciting teaching and learning environment;
- Investing in the teenagers and children to develop spiritually, physically, mentally and emotionally;
- Raising awareness of issues our teenagers and children face in this present time;
- Protecting our teenagers and children with the help of both teachers and parents;
- Coaching our teachers via training in order to realize and fulfil the vision;
- Trusting God for the impossible and unforeseen via the help of the Holy Spirit.
Parents are primarily responsible for their children’s spiritual growth and at NLBC Children Department, we want our children’s church to be an excellent support for this growth as we closely partner with parents to achieve this purpose. As someone once said ‘it is better to build strong children than repair broken men’ and at NLBC Children Department, we want the children’s church to be a place where ‘building’ and ‘growing’ takes place.
